Garage Re-Roof, Bunwell
A garage re-roof combining reclaimed Old English pantiles with a new EPDM flat roof — keeping the traditional look while fixing the flat section for good.

What Happened
The Problem
The garage's pitched roof had reached the end of its life — tiles worn and heavily covered in moss after years of exposure to the Norfolk weather. The adjoining flat roof section needed a more reliable waterproofing solution too. The customer wanted to keep the garage's traditional look while getting both problems properly fixed.
What We Did
We stripped back the existing coverings on both sections. On the pitch, we installed reclaimed Old English pantiles over a new breathable membrane and treated battens, keeping the garage's original character. On the flat section, we fitted a new EPDM rubber roof for a seamless, weatherproof finish.
The Result
The garage now has a roof that looks right for the building and is built to last. Reclaimed pantiles keep the traditional appearance, while the EPDM flat roof gives decades of protection against the elements. Five-year warranty in place.
